Business sent me top loaders, when I ordered sleeves for the booklets. I had sent them an email through the email listed on purchased order email, and contacted on the website, and got no response for two days, until I literally responded to the order receipt email on day 3. Until they change how to contact them where they actually receive situations like this, I won't be coming back.
